Is it true that Olga Buzova condemned the participants of the “Naked Party” and supported the “purges” in the ranks of Russian show business?

At the end of December 2023, a quote from the singer and TV presenter was distributed on social networks, who allegedly criticized the guests of the event organized by Anastasia Ivleeva. It is reported that Buzova is “with both hands in favor” of having them “removed from everywhere, crossed out and forgotten.” We checked whether this statement is real.

On December 20, a party with the dress code “almost naked” was held in the Moscow club “Mutabor”, the guests of which subsequently steel participants in a series of scandals and trials. A week later, a comment about the event from Olga Buzova appeared on the Internet, who allegedly supported the “cancellation” of the stars present at the event. “I’m in favor here with both hands. People are tired of the slop that pours on them from the screen. I'm not a prude, but there is culture, and there is culture. These characters are engaged in cultural activities. It’s all about tits and pussies, what do they teach? Just remove them from everywhere, cross them out and forget them. Our country is our home, it’s time to put things in order” - this is a quote from the artist distribute on social networks.

According to the TGStat service, at the time of writing this analysis, the total number of views of posts with Buzova’s alleged quote on Telegram in less than a day was almost 600,000. For example, the channels wrote about the singer’s statement “Putin on Telegram"(155,000 views), "Uncle Slava"(133,000), "Federation"(64,000), "Semyon Pegov | War Gonzo" (32,000), "Russian format"(30,000), Full-Time Trading (29,000), "Uncle Slava on Telegram" (27,000) and "Thoughts Okhlobystin"(13,000). The publication Avia.pro shared the news not only in its Telegram channel (18,000), but in the account in "Zene"(7000). Allegedly, Buzova’s quote appears on VKontakte (here, here, here And here) and on some entertainment websites.

Photos and videos from the party caused a stir both on Russian television and in pro-government Telegram channels. Among the guests were singers Philip Kirkorov, Dima Bilan, Lolita Milyavskaya and Anna Asti, journalist Ksenia Sobchak, rapper Dzhigan and his wife, blogger Oksana Samoilova, and other show business stars - many of them, including Ivleeva, eventually collided with all sorts of problems. For example, the rapper Vacio, who came to the club wearing only sneakers and a sock on his penis, arrested for 15 days and fined 200,000 rubles. - for petty hooliganism and “propaganda of non-traditional sexual relations.” In connection with appeals from a number of deputies and public organizations to various departments, other artists also collided with checks and other troubles: their concerts were canceled or postponed indefinitely, celebrities began to be cut off from television broadcasts, etc. This forced many eminent participants of the event publish apology video.

As for Buzova’s comment, “Verified” did not find a viral quote on the artist’s social networks (public and personal page on VKontakte, Instagram* And Telegram) or in Russian tabloid publications. According to the TGStat service, the earliest appearance of a post that the singer supports the “cancellation” of guests of the scandalous party was took place December 27 at 16:23 Moscow time in the Telegram channel “but my Yandex wallet” (20,000 views). Regular readers of “Verified” should already be familiar with this name, because the channel mentioned in our analyzes more than one and a half dozen times. “But my Yandex wallet” is a satirical blog, which the authors, without hiding, report in the description: “Parody, satire on political reality. Only verified fakes.”

Thus, Olga Buzova was not the author of the circulated quote about supporting the “purge” in the ranks of Russian show business - the artist became the heroine of another invention of the administrators of the satirical Telegram channel. As before, many other bloggers published the news as real.
