In the fall of 2024, social networks bypassed videos with booklets who teach children to behave correctly with military personnel. We checked the authenticity of these videos.
On one of video A certain Natalia Bastroova, represented as the acting Minister of Education and Science of the Kursk Region, talks about the “Soldier of the Child Soldier” campaign starting with the new school year. The purpose of the latter, as claimed, is to teach the young generation the rules of communication with Russian participants in the war with Ukraine "in order to avoid conflict and tragic situations." For example, children are recommended to smile at the military, conduct a conversation on the topic of hobbies or weather, but not scream, not affect a policy or theme of an intimate nature. Particular attention in the booklet is paid to clothes: so, boys are not recommended when meeting the military to have dyed hair, wear short shorts and bright clothes, and girls - skirts. Similar videos appeared with the participation of officials Bryanskaya, Saratov, Belgorod, Rostov and Voronezh regions.
In another video, a woman behind the scenes tells that her daughter at school received the same booklet. In some publications from subtitles of this video, you can find out what is happening in Perm.
All these videos, as well as pictures of the pages of the booklet, spread widely on social networks - Facebook, X (It was somewhat especially Popular Twitov), Tiktok And Telegram.
The first thing that catches the eye when watching videos with the participation of Russian officials is the incomplete correspondence of the articulation of their persons pronounced words. In addition, the dentition, for example, Natalya Bastroika in different frames looks different.

September 12, shortly after the start of the spread of the video, its content refuted In the official Telegram channel of the Government of the Kursk Region. They stated that the real August video clip with Natalia Bastrokova, dedicated to the organization of distance learning in schools.
Subsequently, similar refutations followed from Voronezh (Here is the original video Minister of Education of the region Natalia Salogubova), Bryanskaya, Belgorod, Rostov And Saratov regions. Judging by all circumstances, the videos were created using neural networks based on video with real performances of regional officials. About some such cases on September 13, TASS. Separate rollers about the booklet (in particular, with Salogubova) appeared on the network later than this date.
Booklets themselves deserve special attention. The design uses a font, quite uncharacteristic for Russian -speaking typography.

This is the so -called Bulgarian Cyrillic, or Bulgarian. It is characteristic of the Bulgarian school of font design and is designed to emphasize the identity of local writing. It is very strange to see her in official Russian booklets.
The lower part of the booklets states that the action is supported by the United Russia party, the Russian Orthodox Church and the organization of veterans "Battle Brotherhood" (its Contacts Also given on the booklet). However, the official resources of none of these organizations disseminated information about such booklets.

As for the video, supposedly on behalf of the mother of a schoolgirl who received such a booklet, it also looks very doubtful. Firstly, in a number of publications, he has a subtitor “09.09.2024”, while a woman in the video mentions September 1. In addition, this video is the only mention of the existence of such a booklet, with the exception of fake videos with Russian officials, while leaflets approved at the level of the Russian Orthodox Church and United Russia should only get hundreds, or even thousands of schoolchildren in Perm.
Thus, everything suggests that before us is a series of fake videos, created, most likely, outside of Russia.
