In April 2024, social networks bypassed a fragment of a strange news release that allegedly aired in Ukraine. We checked whether one of the local channels really shot this program.
According to the publications, recently, one of the Ukrainian television channels reported that the army of Belarus invaded Poland. The posts were accompanied by a video in which a girl in a television studio with a Ukrainian flag, against a background, reads the following text in Ukrainian: “Poland is attacked from Belarus, breakthroughs in several places. The Poles made an official statement. The border under a powerful blow. Something that no one expected. There are wounded border guards, military patrols entered the battle. We took out weapons and began to protect the Polish border. The situation is aggravated. "
Many resources cited this video as an example of the fact that “its own reality” reigns in Ukraine.
