In early September 2023, the document allegedly spread on the Internet, signed by the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation on a new wave of mobilization. We checked whether there is reason to consider this order genuine.
The photo dispersed on the network captures, as states, the order of the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Sergey Shoigu to organize the mobilization of 200,000 citizens no later than November 1, 2023. The fact that the document is not real indicates several facts. Secondly, it is doubtful to fill out the document of the document with a blue handle and the signature of Shoigu made by black ink. Thus, all data indicate that the order of the discussion and official refutations that has become viral and the order of Shoigu is deliberately falsified. It does not comply with the rules for issuing orders of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, nor the numbering of orders for 2023.
