Is it true that the photograph depicts an accident from filming the Nutella pasta advertising?

Not the first year there has been a photograph of the young Tyler Kerke, who allegedly became a victim of a tragic mistake. We checked whether this story corresponds to reality.

According to a replicated text, in 1985, 13-year-old Tyler Kerk starred in an advertisement for Nutella chocolate pasta. At the end of the main part of the filming, the advertisers of fun for the sake of deciding to capture the boy with an apple with an arrow on his head. Due to the mistake of the photographer, the arrow flew out of the bow and hit the child directly on the forehead. The photographer and involuntary killer Jason Aderli was sentenced to 35 years in prison.

In different years, this story in Russian bypassed such social networks and a blog-platform as Facebook, "VKontakte","Classmates" And "Living magazine". It can be assumed that some facts (for example, the name of the company who removed the company) came to us in distorted form, but the deliberate accuracy of other details (year of shooting, rare names of the photographer and its victim) practically excludes this version.

Another question raises an unexpectedly long term of imprisonment. Judging by the names of the defendants, history takes place in an English -speaking country. The description says that the author of the photograph is the Dange of Michael Langhoff. Indeed, this picture can be seen in the gallery on its official site. In the correspondence with the “verified” the photographer confirmed that the poster to the “Video Marathon” was based on the history of William Tele and not a single person was affected.

Who came up with the story of the boy Tyler Kerke, taking as a basis an advertising poster is not known for certain. However, back in the early 2010s, this bike was actively walking along the rune, in particular in LJ. And today, many readers continue to believe her.
