Internet users distribute a caricature of a popular French magazine allegedly painted by artists and devoted to interruptions with the supply of electricity in the Ukrainian capital. We checked the reliability of such messages.
The drawing, which allegedly fell on the cover of a special number Charlie Hebdo, is a black rectangle, in the center of which the geolocation icon and the word “Kyiv” are placed. “And here we moved to the dark side,” says a replica in a woman.
