The primary source of the news is the World News Daily Report (WNDR) website, where the publication appeared no later than December 2018. Below is a complete translation of the original text.

A New Jersey man who went to great lengths to win back his ex-girlfriend despite a restraining order was arrested this morning after his scheme was uncovered.

40-year-old James Mack from Camden (there is one in London district Camden, and in Australia city under the same name, but the text refers to the USA. — Approx. ed.) was sentenced to six months in prison in 2017 for stalking his former lover, but the sentence clearly did not calm him down. And although the court forbade him from contacting or approaching his ex, Mac began an extreme transformation in order to violate the ban without consequences. He legally changed his name to Jason Monroe, had 37 plastic surgeries to change his appearance, and even had major surgery on his vocal cords to change his voice.

According to Sarah Lopez, Mac's ex-girlfriend, she had no idea it was him when she met him at the gym. “I just saw a handsome guy who had exactly the same tastes as me in terms of music, movies, food - everything. It was like he was sent from heaven. It was like a gift from life to compensate for everything I had been through,” she said.

Miss Franklin says everything was fine for a few weeks, but gradually she began to feel that something was wrong with her new boyfriend: “Sometimes I felt like he knew too much about me, my family and my friends. And this morning he accidentally let slip about when we first met, and I realized who he really was.” As soon as Sarah recognized him, she called the police, but he ran away. The man was eventually arrested less than 30 minutes later while hiding in the bushes a few blocks away.

Monroe is in custody for violating the restraining order, but may face more criminal charges. James Mack already faces up to three years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000, but could also face harassment charges, according to the Camden County Police Department.

In the photo collage that illustrated the plot, there are actually two different people. A photo allegedly showing James Mack after surgery appeared in an article in the publication Men's Journal: It shows a man who underwent surgery to change his jaw.
